[Sticky] Read First - Purchase Problem Reporting
Before you report a problem with your most recent purchase:
Please confirm that your payment actually was successful through PayPal. If it was, wait at least 15 minutes after your purchase for the payment to be processed and sync with the server.
If you are still having issues, please include the following information with your report:
- Your email address
- Your in-game name
- Your purchase/donation amount
- Date of your donation/purchase
